Description
This interface board is used by the universal measurement system FCALLBOX described here, but it can be used by another system, the functions are :
- Electronic Load for DC/DC PSU ... tests.
- Set up to 10A by 0.2mA increment.
- Voltage max 60V.
- Voltage Monitoring of the DUT.
- Load FETs temperature Monitoring with FAN ON/OFF to protection of them.
- I2C programming.
- 12V powered.
-1KV Isoled, possibility to program the load with a PC and an adapter FTDI C232HM-DDHSL-0 (USB -> I2C) with safe operation of the PC.

The board is fixed to a heatsink 116x61x25mm type M-B012 Cincon (5.77€) with 5 x TO220.
The 6 x T0220 must be isolated from the heatsink with MICA type Aavid 56-77-11G (5 x 0.22€).
One FAN 80x80x25 12V (eg SUNON PF80251B1-000U-S99) must be fixed above the heatsink to thermally protect the MOSFETs TO220.(note : black 0V , red 12V , yellow speed, blue PWM)
