Frequencymeter Interface Board for Universal Measurement System

Description

This board is used by the Universal Measurement System FCALLBOX described here, but it can be used by others system, it has the features :

- One input 200MHz max, sensitivity : < 10mVpp up to 1MHz, 30mVpp @ 10MHz, 100mV @25MHz, 500mV @ 50MHz

- One input 1.1GHz max (divided by 8 with a MC12093), sensitivity : see MC12093 datasheet.
